About the Position At Perido, we are now seeking a service assistant for our client – an operation that is a central part of the state administration. The position is based on-site in central Stockholm. Your Responsibilities You will become part of the internal service team and contribute to making the workplace function smoothly for both employees and visitors. A large portion of the work is based in the warehouse where you work with a forklift, while the role also includes regular deliveries by car in city traffic. You work in a safe organization with strong team spirit, where responsibility, quality, and collaboration are natural parts of daily operations. The work environment is characterized by structure, helpfulness, and a forward-thinking mindset. Your responsibilities will include: - Warehouse work with forklift operation - Deliveries and transport by car and van in city traffic - Handling of cases in the case management system - Setting up workspaces (furniture, IT equipment, etc.) - Rearranging for meetings and conferences - Handling mail, packages, and fruit baskets - Oversight and minor maintenance in facilities (light sources, organization of meeting and copy rooms, recycling) - Accompanying suppliers The work also involves certain physical tasks such as lifting furniture and packages. Your Qualities We are looking for someone who is service-minded, solution-oriented, and not afraid to pitch in when needed. You enjoy a role where you can combine warehouse work with driving and varied service tasks. You are stable, reliable, and take responsibility for your work with a careful and structured approach. You have good collaboration skills and contribute to a positive atmosphere in the team, while also being able to work independently. You are flexible and easily adapt when needs change. Is This You? Qualifications: - Work experience from a service profession - Basic IT proficiency - Forklift license - Category B driver's license - Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written Scope and Start Date Full-time, consultant assignment until December 31, 2026, with good prospects for extension in 2027.
