Your Role as Service/Project Manager The Station Department works within the voltage range 0.4-400 kV with maintenance, projects, and troubleshooting in switchgear, control facilities, and other electrical power equipment. Our customers are primarily grid companies, infrastructure companies, industries, municipalities, regions, and other service companies. As a Service/Project Manager, you will mainly work with smaller projects/reconstructions and plan maintenance and service at our customers' facilities. We're looking for someone who is motivated by creating the best conditions for technicians in the field and for the organization. The work involves a strong focus on safety, progress, commitment, and quality. Our hope is that you will help the business grow and generate additional opportunities in cooperation with customers and suppliers. Day trips are a natural part of the work. The work is independent but at the same time requires strong focus on collaboration and communication with both internal and external stakeholders. Some of your main responsibilities: Responsibility for business planning and project execution through work management and coordination Inform and report on project status to the client Responsibility for the financial outcome of projects/assignments and manage closure and financial follow-up Participate in construction meetings and negotiations with clients Actively contribute to new business with new and existing customers Actively contribute to creating Sweden's safest workplace together Requirements Specification As a Service/Project Manager with us, you will be the technicians' primary contact for the work performed in the field. Leadership is a large part of everyday work, and therefore we are looking for someone who has a problem-solving and coaching approach. Beyond leadership, a large part of the work is being able to independently drive projects forward. We are therefore looking for someone who wants to take responsibility and who has great commitment to their assignments. You are motivated by offering service and quality to your colleagues and customers, you act commercially with good entrepreneurship, and you would never let profitability come before safety. At Vattenfall Services, safety always comes first!
