About the Position As a service and parts advisor, you hold a central position in our customers' overall experience. You are the link between the customer, workshop, and parts inventory, ensuring that every matter is handled professionally, efficiently, and with high service quality. Your responsibilities include, among other things: · Booking and scheduling of service and repair work · Customer reception and consulting on service and repair needs · Ordering parts and accessories · Goods receipt, unpacking, and handling of incoming and outgoing inventory · Sale of parts and accessories · Registry management, administration, invoicing, and follow-up · Handling of warranty claims You will work in a team of three where days vary and collaboration and customer satisfaction are in focus. What We Are Looking For · Experience from a similar role in service or parts · Service-oriented, communicative, and comfortable with customer contact · Strong administrative skills and able to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously · Technical interest and problem-solving ability · Good computer skills and ability to express yourself well verbally and in writing Experience with Kobra and Cabas is advantageous.
