About the role
As Service Manager – Infrastructure & Security, you are responsible for developing, managing and monitoring our IT operations, platform and security capabilities. The role encompasses both operational monitoring and tactical development, where you ensure that the IT environment is stable, cost-effective and secure.
You work closely with external vendors and internal functions to ensure clear responsibility, high delivery quality and a secure IT environment. The role has central importance in managing increased requirements for cybersecurity, compliance and digitalization.
Your main responsibilities
Responsible for IT operations, platform and infrastructure services
Own and develop service catalog, SLA and monitoring
Manage and monitor vendors
Ensure stable operations, availability and performance
Responsible for cybersecurity and information security at the operational level
Drive security work, risk management and improvement initiatives
Ensure that the IT platform supports the business's needs and future requirements
Handle incidents, escalations and change processes
Contribute to long-term development of IT architecture and platform
Who are you?
We are looking for someone with a profile that is structured, responsible and has a good ability to manage complex IT environments and vendor relationships. You thrive in a role where you can combine operational control with development work.
We would like you to have:
Experience in IT operations, infrastructure or service management
Experience in vendor management and SLA monitoring
Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure or similar platforms
Experience in IT security and cybersecurity work
Ability to work in a structured and risk-conscious manner
Experience in incident and change management
Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Good understanding of the Scandinavian languages
Meritorious
Experience from SOC, security monitoring or risk management
Experience from ITIL or similar frameworks
Experience in network and infrastructure design
Experience from outsourced IT environment or managed services
