Service Manager, Entra ID

Description:

Job Responsibilities: Ensuring secure, stable, and efficient operation of the identity management system (Entra ID), including access management, compliance monitoring with security standards, and coordination of collaboration with internal teams and external vendors. Key Responsibilities: - Escalation resolution and technical support for the service - Monitoring compliance with security standards and contractual obligations - Service performance monitoring (SLA/KPI) and ensuring corrective actions - Access and security mechanisms management - Collaboration with vendors and internal IT teams - Data quality and process control (e.g., CMDB) - Infrastructure security assurance and vulnerability response What We're Looking For: - Higher education degree - Experience in IT infrastructure / IAM / Active Directory / Entra ID for at least 3 years - ITIL V4 certification - Strong analytical and communication skills - Active knowledge of English, additional languages a plus
