We are now looking for a committed and structured Service Manager who wants to take responsibility for our applications, BI platforms and AI initiatives and drive development in line with our 2026–2028 strategy.

About the role
As Service Manager – Applications, BI & AI, you are responsible for developing, managing and prioritizing our application and data platform. The role encompasses the entire lifecycle – from needs gathering and prioritization to delivery, monitoring and further development.
You work closely with the business and external partners to ensure that our solutions create concrete business value and support our strategic goals. The role requires strong ownership, where you combine a strategic perspective with operational delivery capabilities.
Your main responsibilities
Manage and develop our applications and BI platform as well as data model
Drive and coordinate AI and automation initiatives
Prioritize and balance business needs against development capacity
Ensure that all initiatives are linked to business value and measurable outcomes
Manage and monitor external suppliers
Responsible for requirements, backlog and delivery monitoring
Ensure data quality, structure and governance
Collaborate closely with the business to drive adoption and usage
Contribute to application and BI/AI strategy and roadmap
Who are you?

We would like to see that you have:
Experience in application management or service management
Experience with BI platforms and data-driven business development
Experience working with external suppliers and partners
Good understanding of business processes and business needs
Ability to work in a structured, data-driven and strategic manner
Experience prioritizing backlogs and managing delivery
Previous project management experience
Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Merits
Experience with AI, automation or data governance
Experience with SAP or other business systems
Experience with integration platforms or data warehouses
