Service, Customer Service, and Reception – Jämtland Region

About the Assignment
This is a first-line service role where assignments can involve customer service and citizen service via phone, email, and digital channels, or reception and internal service on-site – often a combination. The exact content, scope, and work methods vary between assignments. We're looking for someone whose skills can quickly make a difference in a professional and community-focused operation.
Work Tasks
Answer questions and provide guidance via phone, email, and digital channels
Receive visitors and manage reception and switchboard
Register and follow up on cases
Handle mail, deliveries, bookings, and simple administrative tasks
Provide internal service to employees and managers, including support for meetings and conferences
Contribute to professional, accessible, and calm service delivery even during high workload
Requirements for the Role
At least 1 year of experience in customer service, citizen service, reception, or internal service
Excellent Swedish in speech and writing, and good English
Good computer and system skills
Ability to manage multiple parallel contacts while maintaining quality
Meritorious
Experience from public sector or larger organization
Experience with case management or CRM systems
Experience with switchboard, visitor management, or access cards
Experience with civic information or guidance

Work Location and Setup
Assignments are located in the Jämtland Region. Customer service may in some cases be hybrid or remote, while reception and internal service are always performed on-site at the operation. For certain roles, travel within the region may occur. The exact workplace, working hours, and practical setup are always presented before you decide on a specific assignment.
