As a Service Host, you are a key person in daily operations and contribute to a well-functioning, pleasant, and professional workplace for both employees and visitors. About the Role As a Service Host, you work together with your colleagues to ensure that the customer's office and facilities are experienced as safe, well-organized, and pleasant for both employees and visitors. The role is broad and combines traditional facilities management tasks with service and floor host duties in a modern office environment. You contribute to smooth daily operations and maintain a high standard at the workplace through both practical and service-oriented efforts. The work takes place in different environments and requires you to be unpretentious, flexible, and solution-oriented. Your responsibilities include: Supervision, maintenance, and minor upkeep of facilities Patrolling the customer's premises, reporting discrepancies and taking action according to established guidelines Inventory management, ordering, and replenishing materials according to established procedures Reporting equipment and inventory issues related to the facilities Handling internal and external mail and goods Service and floor host duties such as ensuring order in common areas, dishwasher management (emptying/loading), moving cups and materials between floors, and wiping down desks in flexible workspaces Furniture assembly and relocation Minor handyman tasks The position is full-time, permanent employment with an initial six-month trial period. The position is based in Stockholm. Background checks will be conducted during the recruitment process. We are looking for someone who is social, responsible, and organized. You have a good ability to see what needs to be done, prioritize correctly, and drive the work forward in an independent way. For you, order and organization are self-evident and you understand the importance of mail and facilities management functions running smoothly, efficiently, and with high quality in daily operations. You work preventively, pay attention to detail, and ensure that routines are followed. You find it easy to build good relationships and treat both customers and colleagues professionally and with a service-oriented approach. The work involves both independent responsibility and teamwork. We see that you have upper secondary education and experience from a similar role or other service profession. You master Swedish in speech and writing, and have good IT skills. Competency Profile Digital Competency Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, primarily Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams. Ability to continuously learn and stay updated on internal information, procedures, and ways of working. Meritorious Competencies Experience or knowledge in systematic fire safety work (SBA).
