About the Position At our global mission in Lund, we're looking for you to take on the role of Service Coordinator, primarily within Meeting & Event, which includes catering offerings and guest experience. You'll also get development opportunities to work within other service areas, such as Reception & Switchboard and Helpdesk & Card Administration. Responsibilities Coordinate, plan, and execute meetings and events of varying sizes and types Take responsibility for coordinating and ordering catering in cooperation with our restaurant Be the point of contact for customers before, during, and after events Communicate with customers and partners to ensure high service levels Plan and ensure that venues, technology, and service meet the highest standards Follow up and evaluate meetings & events to continuously improve our service and customer satisfaction Handle bookings, quotes, and invoicing related to events and catering Set up and break down catering for meetings, conferences, and events Support customer meetings and product demonstrations through practical preparation, setup, and restoration of presentation areas Qualifications Experience from service, meeting coordination, events, conferences, hotels, or restaurants; it's also a plus if you have experience in Reception & Switchboard and Helpdesk service You are structured and solution-oriented with the ability to juggle many tasks You are a humble team player who enjoys taking responsibility and working in a structured way You have an eye for detail and love going the extra mile for our guests Communicative, flexible, and thrive in an environment where no two days are the same Good computer skills (Office 365) You speak and write Swedish fluently and have English proficiency B driver's license Personal Qualities Humble, sees what needs to be done Initiative-taking and self-driven Great ability to juggle many tasks in a structured way, the ability to stay one step ahead You find it easy to build good relationships and enjoy working with people We Offer Fun and varied work in an engaged team Opportunity to grow and develop within the company We offer an inclusive workplace with development opportunities and a culture where ideas and initiatives are welcomed. More About the Position Permanent employment with a trial period. Start date by agreement. Full-time 100%, working hours 7:30–16:30; evening work may occur a few times per year.
