Front House Manager & Operations Manager for Bar Social

Bar Social is now seeking an engaged and experienced Front House Manager & Operations Manager who wants to help take our restaurant to the next level. We're looking for someone with experience from high-paced restaurants with high ambitions. You are a natural leader who inspires the people around you and thrives at building strong teams where service, quality, and work joy are in focus. With us, you will become a key person in daily operations. You work closely with the owner, kitchen, and colleagues to create memorable dinners. We're looking for you who: Have several years of experience in the restaurant industry, preferably in a leadership role. Have good business sense and understand the connection between service, quality, and profitability. Have good knowledge of food and beverages and how they together create a complete experience. Are accustomed to planning and leading dinner service, large bookings, and different types of events. Are structured, solution-oriented, and thrive on taking responsibility. Are a clear leader who motivates, develops, and builds a strong team. Have a drive to continuously improve operations and reach new goals together with your colleagues. Your responsibilities: Responsible for daily operations together with the team. Lead and coach serving staff. Plan staffing, dinner service, and events. Ensure high service and quality standards. Work actively with sales, upselling, and guest experience. Contribute to the development of the restaurant's concept, routines, and methods.
