MAZAK CNC MACHINE SETUP OPERATOR

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • You will operate and set up CNC machining centers and perform work required for material machining (grinding, drilling, turning, milling, etc.). • Determine appropriate cutting parameters, assemble tools and materials, adjust machine functions, and align machined material and tools. • Manufacture unique parts in small batches. • Control geometric precision of machines and technological tools. • Perform manual inspection of manufactured parts using measuring instruments. • Write and debug programs in the MAZATROL dialogue programming system. • Utilize technical documentation, read and apply technical specifications. • Record technical data on machining processes and results. WE REQUIRE: • Secondary technical education with focus on metal machining. • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the field. • Verifiable work experience on Mazak machines, knowledge of turning and milling operations (3-axis and 5-axis). • Ability to work independently with technical documentation and drawings. • Knowledge of manual measuring instruments and their use. • Responsible approach to work.
