About the Position In the role of senior vehicle assembler for our client in the automotive industry, you will work with advanced mechanical tasks related to assembly, adjustment, and customization of heavy vehicles. The work includes, among other things, assembly of components such as cranes, truck beds, and snow chains, as well as mechanical adjustments to ensure that vehicles meet high standards for functionality, quality, and operational safety. You are expected to take significant responsibility in your daily work and contribute your experience with more complex tasks. The role also involves supporting colleagues on the team and contributing to a more efficient and quality-focused approach. The work is conducted in close collaboration with other functions within the operation, while you have the ability to work independently. This is a full-time fixed-term position. The work will be scheduled for evening shifts after the summer, but training and onboarding will take place during daytime starting immediately. About You We are looking for someone with solid and documented experience in mechanical work within vehicles or industry, and who thrives in a role where you get to work hands-on with advanced assembly. You are thorough, quality-conscious, and have a structured work approach. Furthermore, you are a team player who collaborates well with others, while at the same time being self-driven and taking responsibility for your tasks. You have a technical interest and a good understanding of how various components work together in heavy vehicles. Your dedication, experience, and willingness to contribute to the team are crucial in this role, and great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability. Requirements for the Position Extensive experience as a vehicle assembler or mechanic Good machine and tool handling skills Very good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written Meritorious Qualifications C-class driver's license High school grades in mathematics and English are highly meritious.
