We are now seeking a key person as a Senior Business Development Manager IT for the Digital Development unit.
Your responsibilities
As a Senior Business Development Manager IT, you will work closely with management and provide important support, both operationally and strategically, for the department's continued digital transformation. The position involves in-depth analysis, development, and quality assurance of processes, structures, and working methods across the entire department. You will lead improvement initiatives, prepare decision-making materials, and drive the implementation of new procedures, methods, and tools. The role also involves serving as an advisor and "expert in the room" when decisions are made and changes are to be implemented.
Your experience will be used to lead change management work, build up digital maturity, and create long-term solutions that make a difference both in daily operations and for the future. You will collaborate with both management, specialists, and other functions to coordinate and anchor development initiatives at all levels.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone with relevant academic education in IT, systems science, informatics, business development, or equivalent experience. It is advantageous if you have certification in business development, change management (PROSCI, SAFe, Lean), project management, or ITIL.
You have the following documented experience:
- Several years of experience in IT business development or digitalization in larger organizations – preferably in the public sector or organizations of equivalent complexity.
- Experience with process development, governance models, and change management, as well as extensive experience working with/for management groups and decision-makers.
- Experience and ability to translate complex business and IT processes into concrete requirements, improvement proposals, and measurable goals.
- Experience in authoring and preparing governance documents and official memoranda or equivalent.
- Solid experience with change management, quality assurance, workshops, and anchoring in larger organizations.
- Very good communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish.
We also see it as advantageous if you have:
- Experience with digitalization initiatives or service development, as well as strategic or tactical work with portfolio or IT governance.
- Experience and in-depth understanding of architecture, integrations, and data structures, as well as the ability to work with data analysis and decision support.
- Experience with and knowledge of legislation and regulations in the field, including GDPR and information security.
