Pears is now looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer for an international product assignment where you'll help create the next generation of user experience for Android-based products and a cohesive ecosystem of system applications. The assignment includes developing a modern design system, launcher, system apps, and a consistent visual language for an established mobile platform. This is an assignment for someone who wants to be involved from idea to finished product. Not just deliver design, but influence how it's actually built. Here you'll grow—not just deliver. You'll become part of an international product team where Swedish UX/UI design collaborates with product management and Android development in a distributed delivery setup. You'll work closely with developers, product owners, and architects. Not to hand over sketches. But to create products together that people actually want to use. Here you'll have the opportunity to: influence the product's future direction build modern design systems develop alongside senior colleagues turn user behaviors into real improvements contribute to strategic product decisions We're looking for someone who wants to build long-term. Not just deliver the next sprint.
