We are looking for a senior investigator who wants to lead and coordinate complex investigations, government assignments, and other priority tasks in an organization with significant public responsibility.
About the Position
As an investigator with us, you support management and operations in investigation and analysis matters. You work both independently and in close collaboration with other investigators, experts, and cross-functional teams that develop and manage our digital services.
The role involves special responsibility for initiating, leading, and implementing government assignments and other priority tasks, from planning to coordination, preparation, and final delivery.
You lead investigations from start to finish, produce reports, response statements, decision-making documents, and analyses, and coordinate internal and external matters and meetings. You provide qualified support to operations by ensuring high quality in language, analysis, and structure, and serve as a resource in matters where knowledge of Government Offices processes and requirements is important.
About the Unit
Within the Assignment Unit, investigators work with government assignments, investigations, and consultations. The Assignment Unit is part of the Pharmaceuticals Department, which is responsible for some of Sweden's most critical digital services for safe and efficient pharmaceutical management. Here we develop and manage national e-health services for healthcare, pharmacies, and residents, including: National Medicines List, Medicines Check, Pharmacological Analysis, Prescribing Check.
The department works toward good user experience, high availability, and long-term sustainable digital solutions.
About You
You are analytical, structured, and have the ability to drive complex matters forward where multiple perspectives need to be weighed. You build trustworthy collaborations, navigate well between different interests, and communicate clearly with both experts and other stakeholders. You are confident, unpretentious, and professional in your interactions with others. You have a strong ability to create engagement and coordinate work between different actors to ensure progress and results.
We are looking for you who have:
relevant academic education in, for example, social sciences, law, political science, economics, or other education that the employer deems equivalent
at least five years of professional experience independently planning, leading, and implementing qualified investigations, analyses, development, and coordination assignments within government agencies, regions, or municipalities
professional experience in project management and change management
professional experience leading or coordinating complex cross-organizational assignments with multiple stakeholders
professional experience producing reports, decision-making documents, memoranda, and presentations of high quality, and supporting managers and operations in complex matters
very strong ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish.
It is advantageous for the position if you have:
professional experience from the healthcare sector
professional experience in governance, monitoring, and decision-making processes within government operations
professional experience managing digital development or change projects
professional experience working according to agile methods and frameworks, such as SAFe.
