Stockholms Hamnar's procurement unit works closely with both construction and operations departments and is responsible for annual spending of approximately 600 MSEK. We are looking for someone with broad expertise and many years of experience in public procurement. You will work together with dedicated colleagues and be involved in the entire purchasing process.
About the Position
You will have a broad and varied role responsible for procurements of property-related services, framework agreements and consultants, as well as other types of goods and services procurements. The procurements vary in scope and complexity. You will become part of an engaged procurement team that is in an exciting development phase. You will have good opportunities to contribute to the continued development of the business while benefiting from solid expertise and experience.
The procurement unit currently consists of four people including the manager, and you will report to the Finance and Procurement Manager. The position is located at Stockholms Hamnar's activity-based office at Värtaterminalen.
Stockholms Hamnar is a company within the City of Stockholm, which means you will also be part of the country's largest network in procurement.
Examples of Work Tasks:
Responsible for leading and driving the procurement process, from needs assessment and preliminary study to negotiation and contract signing.
Conduct advertised procurements, renewed competitive tenders and direct procurements.
Responsible for efficient contract management and together with the business unit conduct contract/supplier follow-up.
Ensure compliance with procurement regulations according to LUF and that guidelines from the City of Stockholm and Stockholms Hamnar are followed.
Report conducted procurements based on savings and Stockholms Hamnar's other objectives and indicators.
Provide support from a business and legal perspective in procurement matters for the business units.
Work with process development and improvement initiatives; including evaluating and developing work methods, procurement processes and templates.
What You Bring to the Role
You have relevant higher education within, for example, procurement, engineering, economics or law, or a vocational qualification in procurement.
You have many years of documented experience driving your own procurements.
You have good knowledge of LUF/LOU.
You have broad experience procuring both goods and services.
You are a good communicator, both verbally and in writing in Swedish.
It is meriting if you have:
Knowledge of and experience with construction law and General terms and conditions such as AB, ABT, ABK and ABFF.
Practical experience procuring within LUF.
Experience with IT procurements.
