Senior Maintenance Technician

About the Role In this role, you'll primarily work with mechanical maintenance (approximately 70%) and simpler electrical work (approximately 30%), with the goal of ensuring an efficient and reliable production flow. The focus is on preventive maintenance, but also on troubleshooting acute issues and improvement work. What We're Looking For Experience as a mechanic, industrial electrician, or maintenance technician (at least 2 years) Practical knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics, and ideally welding, drilling, and machining A strong technical interest and a clear "hands-on" mindset The ability to work in a solution-oriented manner even in stressful situations Good experience from a production environment – experience from the food industry is a plus Education in electrical or mechanical fields is positive but not decisive – we value practical experience higher than academic credentials. You are thorough, responsible, and have a strong sense of quality in what you do. You enjoy working both independently and in small teams, where collaboration and personal responsibility go hand in hand. Flexibility is a given for you, and you feel comfortable working according to a rotating shift schedule with morning, evening, and night shifts as well as some weekend work.
