Senior Technician in Building Automation

About the Role
As a senior technician with us, you are responsible for programming, commissioning, troubleshooting, and optimization of building automation systems. The role suits you if you are already used to working independently and want great freedom in your work. You combine programming with practical work at customer sites. Your workplace will be both at the office (with the opportunity to work from home) and on-site at customer locations. You will be part of a competent team where technical interest, collaboration, and quality permeate our work.
Your Responsibilities
• Program, commission, and optimize PLC systems, primarily within Tridium Niagara
(e.g., EC-Net, Trend IQ Vision)
• Work in our platform for monitoring, control, and optimization
• Coordinate control and regulation installations in smaller projects and service assignments
• Perform cabinet refurbishments and troubleshooting
• Cooperate with subcontractors during refurbishments
• Maintain ongoing customer contact in projects and during warranty and service work
• Perform service and troubleshooting at customer sites
• Ensure that technical solutions meet requirements and specifications

Your Profile
You are already working in building automation today and feel confident in your professional role. With several years of experience in programming, commissioning, or service, you can quickly get up to speed on new projects and take responsibility from the start. You work independently, are solution-oriented, and have a professional approach to both customers and colleagues.

• Have solid experience in programming, commissioning, and service within building automation
• Already know Niagara or similar systems
• Understand the entire process from programming to commissioning
• Want to develop and share knowledge
• Enjoy working in a team but can also work independently
• Take responsibility and have a structured approach to work
• See service as a natural part of your work
Requirements
• Secondary education in electrical/automation or equivalent experience
• At least 5 years of experience in building automation or control technology
• Knowledge of electrical systems and control and regulation technology
• Ability to read electrical drawings and technical documentation
• Class B driver's license
• Fluent Swedish and good English skills in both speech and writing
Meritorious
• Experience with programming in Niagara, SAIA, and Fidelix
• Experience with commissioning of SIOX, Modbus, and BACnet and other fieldbus protocols
