Senior Team Leader (m/f)
Required Skills:
• High school or vocational technical education
• 2 years of experience in a similar position
• MS Office proficiency, ERP system experience
• Experience managing a large number of subordinate employees (70+)
Your Responsibilities:
• Responsibility for maintaining safety at all levels
• 3-shift operations
• Collaboration on production management, ensuring production plan fulfillment
• Oversight of production continuity and subordinate employee workload management
• Substituting for Shift Supervisor when needed
• Oversight of production quality
• Collaboration in managing subordinate employees, including their organization, monitoring, motivation, training, performance evaluation, and attendance
• Substitute for Shift Supervisor in recruiting new employees with the Human Resources department
• Implementation and adherence to lean manufacturing principles
• Active participation in "personnel development" initiatives
• Active participation in continuous improvement of production and quality
