Växa develops digital solutions that support Swedish agriculture. Our systems are used in operations where information must be accurate and our solutions reliable. We are therefore looking for you who wants to work with systems development in an environment where architecture, testability, security, and maintainability are central values. We work with continuous improvements and this will be part of your daily work at Växa. You will be part of a development department divided into five scrum teams consisting of approximately 20 developers.
Your Day-to-Day Work With Us
We work with proprietary systems that support Swedish agriculture. You will be involved in the entire development chain – from requirements and analysis to design, implementation, testing, deployment, and further development.
You will work with tasks including:
Developing systems in our Microsoft-based tech stack
Building solutions according to shared architecture and established design principles
Creating systems that are robust, testable, and easy to maintain
Migrating legacy systems to our new platform
Transforming business requirements into technical solutions
We Are Looking for You Who Appreciate Structure and Quality
We believe you are an experienced developer who has worked in environments where systems need to stand the test of time. You understand the difference between quickly getting something to work and building solutions that are properly designed, testable, secure, and possible to further develop.
You don't need to come from the agriculture sector, but we would like to see that you have experience from operations with high demands on quality, traceability, and long-term maintenance, for example banking and finance, public sector, or other larger organizations with complex system environments.
To succeed in the role, you have experience with:
.NET and C#
SQL and databases
Building systems according to defined architecture principles
Working with code quality, testability, and maintainability
Working closely with the business
You speak and write fluent Swedish
It is a plus if you have experience with:
Azure, DevOps, Git, and CI/CD
Integration solutions and APIs
Mission-critical or transaction-intensive systems
Modernization of legacy systems
Domain-driven design, clean architecture, or similar architectural patterns
AI support in systems development
Scrum or other agile methodologies

The position is full-time with salary and start date by agreement. Placement is in Eskilstuna or Uppsala, with possibility for some remote work by agreement.
