We hope you will enjoy working with us! Do you want to help build tomorrow's payroll and HR support for eight municipalities? Uddevalla Municipality is leading, together with seven other municipalities, the implementation of a shared system solution for payroll, scheduling and staffing. The initiative includes both the implementation of new systems and the development of long-term forms of collaboration between the municipalities. Now we are looking for a senior systems administrator who wants to take a key role in this work. About the assignment During the implementation phase, you will plan, coordinate and follow up on the work with the shared system solution. You work closely with business developers, payroll managers, suppliers and representatives from the participating municipalities. After implementation, your focus will be to lead and develop the inter-municipal system administration. You are responsible for ensuring high data quality, uniform working methods and well-functioning information management within areas such as payroll, employment, organization, scheduling and staffing. The role also involves developing the system solution in collaboration with the municipalities' other system landscape. You serve as a bridge between operations, decision support, HR controller functions, system administration and digital development. The role does not have formal personnel responsibility but entails extensive coordination responsibility between the cooperating municipalities. Duties You will, among other things: plan, coordinate and follow up on activities within the implementation project lead and coordinate inter-municipal system administration develop shared processes, working methods and procedures ensure good data quality and information structure work with concepts, definitions, code structures and information models analyze system data and identify areas for improvement support the municipalities on matters concerning system use and development collaborate with decision support, HR controller functions, systems administrators and other specialist functions contribute to future digital development, integrations and monitoring Qualifications We are looking for someone with at least a bachelor's degree (180 credits) in a relevant field, or other education and experience that the employer considers equivalent. You have several years of experience leading, coordinating or managing operations or system-related assignments where multiple stakeholders need to work towards common goals. We would like to see that you have experience with: systems administration, business development or project management work at the intersection of operations, processes and systems data quality, information management or analytical work system implementations or change management collaboration between different organizations and operations It is meritorious if you have experience with payroll, HR, scheduling or staffing systems, databases, information models, decision support or municipal operations. You find it easy to build trust, develop relationships and get different stakeholders to work towards common goals. Other information The position is located in the Personnel Department of Uddevalla Municipality and reports to the Personnel Manager. This position may be subject to security vetting. Interviews are scheduled for August 25 and 26. Employment is subject to required decisions being made.
