Senior Software Engineer – Cloud Native Platform

Build and further develop a central platform that manages complex infrastructure in a large international environment. Here you'll work with a production-critical platform that serves as a central control plane for infrastructure. This role is perfect for someone who wants to combine deep technical expertise with real impact in a complex environment. About the Role You develop and further develop a cloud native platform at scale. You work closely with platforms, infrastructure, and DevEx teams. You contribute to secure, scalable, and observable solutions. What You'll Do Build backend services, controllers, and APIs in Go. Develop and maintain Kubernetes operators. Design Crossplane compositions and custom features. Work with GitOps workflows and deployments via Argo CD. Improve observability with metrics, logs, and traces. What We're Looking For Solid experience with Kubernetes in production. Strong expertise in Go and modern backend development. Practical experience with Crossplane and Argo CD. Good understanding of operations, scalability, and security in enterprise environments. Experience with platform development or DevEx is a plus.
