Are you our next colleague in the Children and Youth department? We are currently looking for an experienced social worker who wants to become part of our team and contribute with your expertise. Could it be you we're looking for? At our Children and Youth unit, we work to make a difference in children's and young people's lives, always with their best interests in focus. The operation is part of Individual and Family Care (IFO). We are organized into four smaller work groups with 12 social workers, 2 group leaders, and one unit manager, which provides close leadership and good support in the work. Each work group also has a social worker in a more senior role who contributes with experience and support in daily work. As a new employee, we offer you a good and well-developed introduction and training in BBIC and Signs of Safety. You will also receive support from our competency team, which keeps us updated with current research and offers ongoing training. Collaboration with our internal open care services, located close to our office in Jakobsberg, makes the work smooth. The office location, just 19 minutes by commuter train from Stockholm Central Station, makes it easy to get to work.
