The company is an established partner in the energy sector thanks to highly technological and innovative product development, delivering advanced and sustainable solutions for the market's current and future needs. Through this assignment, you will have the opportunity to work in an international and forward-thinking environment with many development opportunities. This is initially a 12-month consulting assignment through Unik Resurs with excellent potential for extension. Tasks and Responsibilities Do you want to be part of developing the digital maintenance organization of the future? We are seeking a senior SAP PM/S/4HANA consultant who wants to take a central role in a comprehensive business and system transformation. You will have the opportunity to influence how future processes, working methods, and system support are designed within maintenance, asset management, spare parts, inventory, and procurement. As a key person between the business, IT, and project organization, you translate operational needs into sustainable and efficient solutions in SAP S/4HANA. Your work contributes to increased standardization, improved data quality, and more modern and proactive maintenance. About the Role In this role, you analyze existing processes and identify gaps between today's SAP environment and the future solution in SAP S/4HANA. You gather and quality assure business requirements and lead the work of designing harmonized processes based on business needs and established industry best practices. You work broadly within areas including: operative and preventive maintenance asset and facility management spare parts and inventory management material handling and procurement service agreements master data and data quality equipment structures and technical locations bill of materials and maintenance plans You also contribute to data cleansing, migration, testing, and user acceptance testing. An important part of the assignment is to support change management, create understanding for new processes, and contribute to ensuring that new solutions and ways of working gain traction in the organization. The role also includes providing recommendations regarding future governance, process ownership, and system architecture. Your Profile We are looking for you who have: at least six years of experience with SAP PM/EAM experience from transformation or migration projects within SAP S/4HANA very good understanding of maintenance processes and asset management experience with SAP MM and the integration between maintenance, material management, and procurement experience with master data, bill of materials, and facility structures ability to conduct GAP analyses and translate business needs into clear requirements and solutions experience from manufacturing, heavy industry, energy sector, or process industry very good communication skills and experience collaborating with both business, IT, and project teams fluent English in speech and writing As a person, you are analytical, structured, and solution-oriented. You can shift between strategic issues and operational details and are confident in leading dialogues with different stakeholders. You thrive in change environments and have the ability to create consensus around processes, priorities, and future solutions.
