Senior Project Manager to Stockholm

Eltel is growing rapidly and needs to strengthen our team in Stockholm with more project managers 📐👷🏼‍♀️👷🏽‍♂️ Are you someone who thrives in a role with many contact points and where you get to lead complex fiber projects? Do you enjoy varying work tasks and leading projects from start to finish? Then we might be looking for you! What are my responsibilities? As a project manager, you plan, design, and coordinate multiple different fiber projects in parallel - both new installations and relocations. You prepare and create cost estimates for upcoming projects, lead and distribute work in the field, and perform financial follow-up. You ensure that projects are managed according to applicable guidelines and that quality meets both Eltel's set targets and customer agreements. It's a varying role with many different contact points where you are responsible for complex projects (SE20). Examples of responsibilities: Plan and prepare projects. Material ordering. Cost and revenue calculations. Prepare work instructions for field personnel. Inspection and follow-up of completed work. Represent Eltel and our customers at meetings such as coordination meetings. Responsible for contact with authorities, customers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. Maintain and develop existing customer relationships. Why should I choose Eltel as my employer? To succeed in this role, you need to have: a completed high school education or equivalent professional experience good Swedish and English in speech and writing B-level driver's license training/experience related to contract law as well as BAS U/P, AMA codes, TB texts experience with similar work tasks experience with coordination meetings You enjoy many contacts, are good at building relationships, and find it easy to collaborate with different types of people. You are structured and flexible as you manage multiple projects in parallel. You are quick-thinking and can make decisions independently to drive work and projects toward set goals. Additional information The position is a permanent full-time employment that begins with a 6-month probationary period. Start date is by agreement.
