Junehem is now seeking a Senior Project Manager who wants to take full responsibility for major construction and maintenance projects. Here you will have the opportunity to influence the development of our property portfolio and drive projects from idea to completion. About the Role As a Senior Project Manager, you are responsible for driving construction projects through the entire process, from idea and feasibility study to completion, warranty inspection, and closure. The focus is on larger maintenance and development projects within our property portfolio. You have overall responsibility for the projects' schedules, budgeting, and quality, and work closely with both internal colleagues, consultants, contractors, and other external stakeholders. In this role, you are responsible for procurement according to the Public Procurement Act (LOU). Your Main Responsibilities Conduct feasibility studies, design, and project completion Develop, analyze, and present decision-making materials Coordinate and manage internal and external contacts during project implementation Serve as technical advisor for maintenance and development of existing properties You are also expected to contribute to the development of our work methods and ensure high quality in our project deliveries. Who Are You? We are looking for someone with relevant higher education in construction, real estate, or related fields, or who has acquired equivalent knowledge through work experience. You have solid experience managing construction or real estate projects and are comfortable taking significant responsibility throughout the project process. You work in a structured manner, are confident in your expertise, and have the ability to build trusting relationships with both colleagues and external partners. We would like you to have experience with procurement according to LOU as well as good knowledge of contract law, AB, and ABT. You have good computer skills, and if you also have knowledge of CAD, budgeting, or energy and environmental matters, that is a plus. A driver's license (Category B) is required as travel is part of the job. As a person, you are responsible and engaged, and enjoy taking initiative and driving work forward. You have a natural ability to communicate and create involvement and get people to work toward common goals. At the same time, you are attentive, unpretentious, and appreciate working with others.
