About the role
In this position, you'll drive multiple technical projects in parallel with your project team and take responsibility for the entire delivery – from start to finish. The projects are primarily related to layout changes and machine investments, but also include technical projects of other types.
Your responsibilities:
Ensure delivery according to specifications, timeline, and budget
Take responsibility for resource allocation, task distribution, and documentation in projects
Conduct comprehensive layout change projects in production, with particular focus during your first year
Activly contribute to the unit's continuous improvement efforts
Further develop the project model and processes related to machine investments
Location and flexibility
The position is located in Fagersta, and travel within the role may occur.
Your profile
You have an engineering degree or equivalent knowledge, plus many years of experience driving projects with end-to-end responsibility and feel comfortable in complex environments. You have a good understanding of technical contexts and thrive in a production-oriented environment.
We also see that you have:
Basic knowledge of machine investments and production flows.
Strong communication skills – good at motivating, engaging, setting requirements, and interacting with various decision-makers, project members, and other stakeholders.
Great flexibility and the ability to shift focus when changes occur, and you are clear and structured in your work approach.
Solid knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
It is a merit if you have:
Training in Lean and change management or equivalent knowledge.
