We are looking for a new colleague for Renovation in Halmstad
Do you want to lead exciting construction projects and make a real difference for our customers?
We are now seeking an engaged and experienced project manager who wants to help us develop the homes of the future together with us.
Make a difference with us
At Riksbyggen, you will have a key role where you drive renovation projects from idea to finished delivery. You work closely with customers, consultants, and contractors, and together with your colleagues, you create security throughout the entire process – always with quality, organization, and business focus. The projects are varied, from roof replacements, facade renovations, or traditional major renovations with bathroom upgrades to energy and sustainability initiatives.
You contribute your expertise and dedication
We are looking for someone with several years of experience in construction project management or in a leading position at a construction company. You are used to having significant responsibility and many contact points. You are familiar with and interested in the laws and regulations that apply to building owner responsibility and work environment coordination. Your knowledge of logistics and building technology is strong.
You are quality-conscious and have the ability to manage the whole business relationship between you and the customer. You are communicative, solution-oriented, and enjoy leading projects forward with energy and commitment. You have a strong ability to organize and structure projects, where your focus on order and structure contributes to good results. You can communicate well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
You have led projects from analysis and design through implementation and completion, as well as managed budgets and forecasts.
You have knowledge in:

• Planning and Building Act
• Work Environment BAS-P/BAS-U
• Building Technology
• Project Economics

The position is full-time and requires a driver's license. When you are not on construction sites, meeting customers or contractors, you will work from our office in Halmstad together with your colleagues.
