Assignment Description The role involves overall responsibility for change management in the project as well as, when needed, leading other parts of the project and upcoming development and implementation projects within the division's area of operation. Duties as Change Manager: Change Strategy: Responsible for overall change management and identifying and coordinating impacts on current work methods and processes. Stakeholder & Communication Plans: Map internal and external stakeholders and develop and update change management and communication plans. Communication Coordination: Coordinate, plan, execute, and follow up on internal and external communication in accordance with applicable guidelines. Meetings & Training: Plan and conduct internal meetings/training as well as external webinars and stakeholder meetings. Support & Web Information: Provide project support in change management and communication and update information on the project's web pages. Duties as Project Manager: Project Governance: Responsible for the project's timeline, budget, and results and drive the project according to the established project model (PPS). Process & Procedure Development: Lead the project team to develop, implement, and hand over new work processes, procedures, and documentation to line operations and administration. Requirements & IT Coordination: Coordinate business requirements with operations, IT, and other support functions and ensure receipt of IT deliverables. Reporting & Risk: Manage project risks and plan, follow up, and report progress to the steering committee on an ongoing basis. Mandatory Requirements Minimum 10 years of professional experience as a project manager, acquired within the last 20 years. The experience must have included responsibility for communication with clients, stakeholders, suppliers, operational staff, and interested parties. Minimum 7 years of practical professional experience working according to project management models such as PPS, PROPS, PEJL, or equivalent methodology, acquired within the last 15 years. Minimum 3 years of professional experience, acquired within the last 7 years, of leading change work in business development projects. The experience must be acquired in the role of project manager or change manager and include responsibility for planning, leading, and following up the work. Minimum 3 years of professional experience, acquired within the last 10 years, of leading electricity market-related projects or assignments. The experience must be acquired in the role of project manager or assignment manager and include responsibility for planning, leading, and following up the work. Minimum 5 years of professional experience, acquired within the last 10 years, from work within critical national infrastructure. Critical national infrastructure refers to operations in areas classified as nationally important by MSB, such as energy, water, telecommunications, or railways. Certified in change management. Hold valid certification in at least 1 of the following areas: IPMA, PMI, PRINCE2, ITIL, XLPM, PM3, SAFe, or other equivalent professional certification in project or program management. Good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish and English. Meritorious Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience implementing regulations related to the electricity market, acquired within the last 5 years. Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a project, assignment, or sub-project manager, acquired within the last 10 years, implementing business requirements to IT support in an organization. Minimum 5 years of professional experience working for a government agency with business development projects within the last 10 years. About the Assignment & Practical Information Provisional start date: 2026-11-09. End date: 2027-11-30. Option: Right to extend 1 + 1 + 1 year (at most until 2030-11-30). Location & Work Arrangement: Sundbyberg. Hybrid work arrangements apply (remote work may occur up to 50% of working time by agreement).
