We currently have operations in Stockholm where we work in the client role as project managers on behalf of private and public organizations. We're now launching similar operations in Western Sweden (Västra Götaland), where you'll be a key person in developing our business together with our leadership. Our leaders work closely with you as a project manager to support your development needs and match your desires for assignments with our clients' requirements. Responsibilities You'll work on behalf of our clients as a project manager on complex and socially important projects. You'll be responsible for directing and monitoring one or more projects based on established plans, within budget, and in accordance with regulatory decisions, contracts, and permits. You'll prepare documentation for time tracking, forecasts, cost monitoring, and much more. As a senior project manager, you'll also coach and support our internal junior project managers, contribute to their development, and foster a culture of learning and continuous improvement. You'll play an active role in business development and bidding by identifying new business opportunities and strengthening our market position. For this role, we believe you should have: A technical university or college degree of at least 180 credits (120 points) or other education and experience that we consider equivalent At least 10 years of current experience with project management in construction, urban development, and/or energy projects Strong understanding of project processes and project management methodology in municipal and state client organizations Good knowledge of the industry's various contract types Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English B-class driver's license Your personal qualities are highly valued.
