Assignment Description
We are seeking a senior program manager for an assignment with responsibility for leading and coordinating the implementation of the eIDAS2 regulations.
In this role, you will be responsible for overall planning, coordination, governance, and monitoring of the activities required to ensure efficient and compliant implementation across both business and IT operations. The assignment involves coordinating relevant stakeholders, ensuring program progress, and managing dependencies between different business areas and initiatives.
The work spans multiple parts of the organization, including payments, office-adjacent operations, and central IT functions. You will contribute your experience in program and project management within regulatory changes and ensure that eIDAS2 requirements are translated into concrete activities, deliverables, and implementation plans.
The role also includes reporting to steering committees and management, as well as ongoing management of risks, dependencies, and stakeholders.
Qualifications
You have documented experience leading large cross-organizational initiatives in the financial sector, with particular focus on implementing regulations and change management that encompasses both business and IT.
