In HITAB's new facilities, modern technology, advanced machining, and a strong sense of teamwork come together. Here you work closely with both production and colleagues, with quality and precision at the core of all operations. Now the company is strengthening its operations further and is seeking a senior production technician with experience in advanced machining. Hitab works with CNC machining where precision requirements are high and where technical expertise plays a crucial role throughout the process. In recent years, the company has invested in both new machinery and modern production environments, while continuing to develop working methods and structure in the operation. But despite the technical environment, it's not just the machines that are in focus. – We are a company where you really become part of the whole. Here you get to work broadly, contribute throughout the entire process, and have close dialogue with both colleagues and customers. We believe that's a big reason why many people thrive here, says Peter Ek, CEO of HITAB. Unlike larger organizations where roles are often narrower and more divided, Hitab offers a day-to-day environment where you are involved in the entire chain – from customer dialogue and planning to preparation and finished production. The senior production technician being sought now gets an important role in the operation and can contribute with both experience and technical expertise from day one. The focus is on advanced CNC machining, where the person needs to quickly be able to work independently alongside the team. At the same time, there is clear support in the operation. Processes and priorities are established, modern systems are used throughout, and there is clarity in how work is planned and executed. – We have built an environment where it is clear what needs to be done and how we work together. This creates good conditions for maintaining the high quality that we stand for, says Peter. The culture is characterized by flexibility, unpretentiousness, and a strong team spirit. People help each other, work closely together, and share a common focus on quality and delivery. For those who want to work in a modern industrial environment where advanced technology is combined with responsibility, involvement, and community, the opportunity now awaits to become part of HITAB's continued development journey. Examples of work tasks: Work with advanced CNC machining with a focus on mechanical manufacturing Responsible for preparation and production from drawing to finished component Participate in customer dialogues and contribute technical expertise throughout the process Optimize and develop machining processes for high quality and efficiency Work in Edgecam and SolidWorks Collaborate with production, engineering, and other functions in the operation Ensure high precision and quality in manufacturing processes Contribute to improvement work and development of working methods in production Have a central role in the operation with significant responsibility and broad involvement Be an important part of ensuring delivery and quality throughout the entire production chain Are you the one we're looking for?
