Senior Production Technician

Are you an experienced production technician with expertise in machining? Then this might be the right assignment for you! About the Role As a Senior Production Technician, you will be responsible for leading and driving technical change and rationalization projects. You will work broadly with production technical issues, from flow optimization and cycle time to specific machining and assembly processes. You are expected to contribute your expertise to the organization, support colleagues on technical matters, and help drive continuous improvements in production. The role requires a strong ability to translate industry requirements into stable, repeatable, and safe production flows in a highly automated environment. Our Candidate To succeed in the role, we see that you have: Many years of experience in production engineering within manufacturing industry. Documented expertise in machining and related tool and fixture engineering. Strong knowledge of Lean and standardized working methods. Good understanding of production flows, quality requirements, and improvement work. Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
