Our advisory team is growing and we're looking for you who want to take a next step in your role as an advisor – whether you already have extensive experience or are ready to grow into a more senior position.
About the role
As a production advisor at Växa, you work closely with entrepreneurs in dairy and meat production. You support customers in developing their production, profitability and long-term business.
You lead your own customer assignments and work with:
feed management and forage planning
operations and production optimization
animal welfare and milk quality
production economics and profitability
development and change in agricultural farms

Your profile
We are looking for you who have experience in agriculture and advisory services and who want to develop further in the role.
You:
have relevant education (e.g. agricultural engineer or animal husbandry agronomist)
have a strong interest in advisory services, analysis and customer dialogue
enjoyed meeting with entrepreneurs and want to create long-term relationships
take responsibility for your work and want to continue developing
It is an advantage if you have:
interest in business and sales
specialization in for example feed, economics, production, leadership or other specialist areas.
