Senior Production Engineer - Robotics

We are Hiring: Senior Production Engineer Location: Västerås, Sweden On-site: 100% (No remote) We are looking for an experienced Senior Production Engineer to support and improve manufacturing operations in Västerås. You will play a key role in solving technical production challenges, developing efficient assembly processes, and driving continuous improvements across manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities Support production by solving technical issues and improving manufacturing processes. Collaborate with line technicians, operators, and managers to ensure production efficiency. Develop assembly methods, work instructions, and PFMEA. Ensure the right production tools and equipment are available at the correct workstations. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing operations. Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience as a Production Engineer in assembly/manufacturing environments. Master's degree in Production Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field. Good knowledge of ERP systems. Strong experience with Lean Manufacturing and World Class Manufacturing (WCM). Excellent problem-solving skills and continuous improvement mindset. Why Join Us?
