SENIOR CONSTRUCTION PROJECT COORDINATOR

What awaits you: - Planning and organizing tender processes for subcontractors, - Active search and outreach to suppliers, - Evaluation of offers and recommendations for optimal solutions, - Preparation and negotiation of work contracts with subcontractors, - Coordination of material purchases and subcontracting work, - Cooperation in optimizing project costs, - Preparation of monthly investor invoicing, - Material and product sampling, work with project documentation, - Close cooperation with construction managers, designers, and company management. You will be a key link between sales, project preparation, and the actual construction implementation. What we expect from you: - Secondary or tertiary education in construction, - At least 2 years of experience in preparation of construction projects, - Proficiency in project documentation, - Experience with tender processes and negotiations with subcontractors, - Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, - Category B driver's license (active driver), - Independence, attention to detail, and systematic approach, - Good communication and negotiation skills, - Communicative knowledge of Czech language; the position is suitable for both men and women. With extensive experience and expertise, you have potential for a PROJECT MANAGER position. What we offer: Attractive compensation: 65,000 to 80,000 CZK gross/month depending on experience and length of practice (base gross salary + monthly bonus/personal compensation) Additionally, we offer: - Annual bonus commitment = BONUS of 200,000 to 350,000 CZK (for PROJECT MANAGER position BONUS is 350,000 to 500,000 CZK), which is tied to the size, complexity, and economic results of assigned projects and is paid progressively per calendar quarter, - Performance bonus = BONUS for economical project management of 3 to 5% of achieved cost savings (profit margin) depending on project size and complexity.
