Your Responsibilities
As a senior assembly technician, you will work with assembly, integration, testing, and verification of technically advanced products. The work includes both mechanical and electrical tasks where you are responsible for ensuring that products are built according to drawings, electrical schematics, and technical specifications.
You will work from CAD drawings, assembly instructions, and electrical schematics, and participate in troubleshooting, adjustments, and verification of finished products. The role requires you to understand the complete design and not just follow instructions step by step. You are expected to identify deviations, suggest improvements, and contribute your technical expertise in daily work.

This is not a traditional assembly job. The role suits you if you enjoy working closely with technology, have a genuine interest in mechanics and electrical systems, and are comfortable reading and understanding technical documentation at a high level.
We are looking for someone with several years of experience in advanced assembly within industry, automation, machinery manufacturing, defense, or other technically demanding manufacturing environments.
You have good experience reading and interpreting electrical schematics and CAD drawings, and you understand how mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems work together. You are accustomed to working with high precision and feel confident taking responsibility for the entire assembly process, from component level to finished product.
As a person, you are thorough, methodical, and quality-conscious. You appreciate technical challenges and thrive in an environment where documentation, traceability, and precision are paramount. To fit well into the team, we see that you are unpretentious and humble about the technical challenges that arise.
Experience with prototype building, testing, troubleshooting, ESD environments, precision mechanics, electrical assembly, or pneumatics is considered advantageous. Background as a senior assembly technician, mechanics technician, production technician, or automation technician may be suitable for the position.
