Senior Mechanic / Workshop Manager at Strids Garage

We're looking for someone with strong technical knowledge, who is comfortable with responsibility, and enjoys supporting colleagues while also working hands-on in the workshop. About the Position As a senior mechanic with us, you will be a key person in daily operations. You will work with service, troubleshooting, and repairs while also helping to plan work in the workshop and providing support to other mechanics. You will, among other things: Perform service and qualified repairs. Diagnose and troubleshoot modern vehicles. Plan and distribute daily workshop tasks. Provide technical support to your colleagues. Ensure high quality and efficient workflows. Contribute to a positive work environment and workshop development. We're Looking For Several years of experience as a vehicle technician. Comfortable working independently and taking responsibility. Strong knowledge of troubleshooting and modern vehicle technology. Natural leadership skills and a desire to help others develop. Solution-oriented, thorough, and quality-conscious. Valid B-class driver's license. Previous experience in work supervision or as a shop foreman is advantageous but not required. The most important thing is that you have the right experience, drive, and willingness to take on responsibility.
