ABOUT THE ROLE As Senior Payroll Specialist, you have overall responsibility for the company's payroll process from start to finish. You ensure that salaries are handled correctly, efficiently, and in accordance with current regulations, while also being important support to managers, HR, and employees on payroll-related matters. The role combines operational work with development where you actively contribute to improvements in processes, routines, and systems. You work closely with operations and become an important player in an organization where change, development, and collaboration are high on the agenda. RESPONSIBILITIES · Be responsible for and ensure correct salary payments throughout the organization, including careful review of benefits, pension provisions, and employee data. · Handle complex payroll matters with in-depth expertise in legislation, collective agreements, and employment law regulations. · Provide qualified advice to managers and employees on payroll-related matters. · Prepare reporting and documentation of payroll processes in a structured and transparent manner. · Implement and further develop routines and systems for efficient payroll management. · Provide professional support to the HR department on payroll matters. · Be responsible for reporting HR KPIs in the BI system. YOUR PROFILE Requirements: · Several years of experience in qualified payroll work · Experience with independent responsibility for the entire payroll process · Good knowledge of collective agreements and employment law · Experience working with collective-employed workers · Very good understanding of payroll processes and regulations · System interest and good system proficiency within payroll · Fluent in Swedish and English in speech and writing Merits: · Experience with Flex HRM/Payroll · Experience with outsourcing/insourcing of payroll function · Experience with payroll system implementations or project work · Practical experience with payroll management in accordance with the Depository Agreement · Experience from manufacturing companies or complex organizations Personal qualities: · Structured and thorough with strong attention to detail · Analytical and solution-oriented · Pedagogical and communicative · Service-oriented and unpretentious · Independent with high integrity · Adaptable and confident in change · Collaboration-oriented and relationship-building ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION Here you'll meet a familial and engaged culture where people thrive and often stay for a long time.
