About the Assignment As Senior Chemical Engineer and EHS Coordinator, you are responsible for ensuring that Siemens Energy's chemical management complies with applicable laws, regulations, and internal guidelines. You work closely with the business and support managers and employees on issues related to chemicals, risk assessments, and hazardous goods. The role involves both operational and strategic work where you contribute to developing and quality-assuring the company's processes in this area. Work Tasks * Manage and administer processes for introducing new chemicals * Register and maintain information in iChemistry, iKemi, and SharePoint * Drive and support risk assessments related to chemicals * Plan and administer annual chemical inventories * Provide advice to the business on chemical management * Develop instructions and guidelines for internal processes * Support the business on matters concerning Dangerous Goods * Be the company's Dangerous Goods Coordinator * Collaborate with safety advisors and internal stakeholders * Follow up on training requirements and training initiatives in the area Who Are You? You are a structured, analytical, and responsible person who enjoys working closely with the business. You have good collaboration skills while being able to drive issues independently. As a person, you are communicative, solution-oriented, and have a strong focus on safety and quality. Qualification Requirements * University or engineering degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or similar field * At least 3-5 years of experience in chemical management or EHS work * Very good knowledge of REACH and CLP regulations * Good knowledge of chemical legislation and safety data sheets * Experience with risk assessments in industrial operations * Experience working with Hazardous Goods * Good system skills and experience with administrative processes * Fluent Swedish and English, spoken and written * Ability to work on-site in Finspång at least three days per week Interested?
