About the Role We're looking for a Senior Java Backend Developer who wants to take a key role in the development team. You'll work closely with other developers, DevOps, and product teams to further develop a complex and business-critical platform. The role suits you if you thrive in a senior, hands-on position with significant technical responsibility. You design and build backend services in Java and Spring Boot, work with event-driven communication via Kafka, and contribute to architecture decisions in close collaboration with the team. You'll be part of a development team of 16 people with low bureaucracy, high technical standards, and a strong culture – "freedom with responsibility" in practice.
