Our Core Values Our core values at Team8 are Motivated Adaptable Team Players Engaged Proud Responsibilities In this role, you are Team8's IT consultant working with our customers and their primary technical contact. You are responsible for delivering IT and infrastructure solutions and ensuring that all deliveries are completed safely, efficiently, and with high quality. You perform technical configuration and installation of networks, clients, servers, cloud services, and conference equipment, and lead customer meetings for planning, installation, and deployment. You manage projects, plan, and structure the delivery work from start to finish. The role also includes working in our support function, where you help customers with troubleshooting and resolve technical issues. In your role, you maintain good communication with decision-makers, suppliers, and manufacturers, and handle administration related to ongoing deliveries. You continuously work on developing and following processes and routines within the role and business area. You also act as a knowledgeable and service-oriented expert and conduct training and demonstrations for customers and their staff. What We're Looking For You have a great interest in technical problem-solving, are service-oriented and unpretentious, and identify with our core values. You enjoy collaborating and contributing to a team. Furthermore, you have: Several years of experience in IT with an emphasis on technical deliveries Broad technical competence and experience in independently solving problems within several IT areas Good understanding of networks, client management, cloud services, conference technology, or digital workplaces Good knowledge of systems such as Excel and various CRM platforms Very good ability to express yourself in both Swedish and English, orally and in writing A structured and thorough work style Solid experience with customer contact and the ability to build good customer relationships Desirable Qualifications Experience from IT infrastructure delivery and customer projects Knowledge of integrations and technical solutions Experience in project management Certifications within Microsoft What We Offer The right person will receive a work environment characterized by teamwork, with an employer where we develop together and take care of each other.
