Responsibilities As a Senior IT Technician, you become a central part of a skilled customer team with overall responsibility for multiple customers' IT environments. You combine technical craftsmanship with long-term advisory: Drive operations, management, and proactive development of complex customer environments. Work hands-on with server administration in Windows environments, Microsoft 365, and Azure. Manage operation and development of network infrastructure, troubleshooting, and incidents. Qualifications At least 5 years of experience within IT and confidence in driving proactive initiatives in various customer environments. Strong expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and VMware or Hyper-V. Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, and networking (routing, switching, firewalls). Experience with backup, storage, and automation via PowerShell. Fluent Swedish and English in both spoken and written form.
