Job Description As a Senior IT Technician, you play a central role in ensuring available, secure, and efficient IT environments. You function as a technical expert and a natural escalation point for more complex incidents, while working proactively to improve processes, systems, and working methods. The role involves significant responsibility and close collaboration with operations, vendors, and other IT specialists. You will provide technical leadership, guide colleagues, and participate in projects related to infrastructure, digitalization, and IT security. Your day-to-day work may include: Advanced troubleshooting and incident management Operation, administration, and further development of IT infrastructure Management of servers, client environments, networks, and cloud services Work with IT security, access control, and compliance Technical advice to the business Participation in implementations, migrations, and improvement projects Automation and efficiency improvements of IT processes Mentoring and knowledge sharing within the team As a consultant at Experis, you'll have the opportunity to work in varied and technology-intensive environments at some of Sweden's most exciting organizations. You will be employed by Experis and work at one of our clients' locations. We're Looking for Someone With Relevant upper secondary or post-secondary education in IT At least 5 years of experience as an IT Technician, Infrastructure Specialist, or similar role Solid experience with Windows environments and Microsoft platforms Good knowledge of networking, client management, server operations, and IT security Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure, or equivalent cloud services Experience with ticketing systems and documented ITIL processes Ability to handle complex technical problems independently Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written Meritorious Certifications in Microsoft, Azure, ITIL, or networking Experience with automation and scripting, such as PowerShell Experience in project work or technical leadership Who Are You?
