We are now looking for a Senior IT Operations Engineer who wants to be a key person in ensuring a stable, secure, and future-proof IT environment. In this assignment with our customer in Värnamo, you will be part of a Nordic team, working closely with the business to ensure operations, development, and support of business-critical IT systems and infrastructure solutions. The role combines technical depth with a business-focused approach and suits you if you thrive with both operational problem-solving and long-term development.

Your responsibilities
Manage operations, maintenance, and development of IT infrastructure, server environments, and network solutions.
Serve as a technical specialist and escalation point for complex incidents and technical issues.
Administer and further develop the Microsoft 365 platform and related cloud services.
Work proactively on monitoring, performance improvements, and security-related initiatives.
Ensure the IT environment complies with internal guidelines, security requirements, and established processes.
Document solutions, procedures, and changes, and contribute to continuous improvement of IT delivery.
Your profile
You have several years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure, or systems administration.
You have strong competency in Windows Server, networking, and Microsoft 365.
You are experienced in advanced troubleshooting and managing complex technical environments.
You have a strong focus on security and quality, and work in a structured and methodical manner.
You are solution-oriented, take initiative, and are comfortable taking responsibility.
You communicate fluently in Swedish and English and work well with both technical and business-oriented stakeholders.
