Senior Installation Manager

Responsibilities In your role as Installation Manager, you will among other things: Lead and manage installation work on-site, from preparation to completion Plan and coordinate installation teams, subcontractors, and resources Ensure that installations are performed according to schedule, drawings, technical specifications, and quality requirements Contribute to compliance with workplace environment and safety requirements during installation work Conduct quality inspections and reviews of completed installation work Follow up and report deviations, risks, and progress to project and site management Provide technical support and serve as a point of contact for contractors and other stakeholders related to installation work Participate in construction and project meetings and ensure proper documentation of installation work Your Profile To thrive in this role, we believe you are structured, solution-oriented, and have good technical understanding. You are confident in your competence and enjoy leading work close to people on-site. We would like to see that you: Have a background in electrical work and commissioning Have experience in installation management within construction, industry, or the energy sector Have good knowledge of workplace environment and safety work related to installation work Are experienced in leading and coordinating installation teams and subcontractors Are communicative and experienced in collaborating with various stakeholders Speak and write Swedish and English fluently Have a Class B driver's license Experience from technically complex construction projects, preferably in energy or data center sectors, is a merit.
