About the Assignment: An organization is undertaking a strategic workplace project encompassing both modern office environments and technically advanced mission-critical facilities, such as data centers, NOC, and SOC. The project may involve renovation of existing premises or a complete relocation. We are seeking a Senior Tenant Representative to assume strategic and operational responsibility for project delivery. The role includes steering workplace strategy, premises design, relocation, establishment, finances, contracts, and stakeholder management to ensure the project is delivered according to business objectives. The Role: You are the tenant's highest representative in the project and report to the steering committee and management. You are responsible for overall project governance, coordination of internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring that business requirements are translated into functional, sustainable, and future-proof workplace solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead and direct workplace strategy, premises planning, and office design. Coordinate business requirements across IT, security, HR, finance, and facility management. Ensure workplace solutions support business goals around collaboration, flexibility, sustainability, and employee experience. Own relocation and establishment strategy including timeline, risk management, communication, and business continuity. Coordinate suppliers, contractors, and service providers throughout the project. Lead project governance, finances, budget tracking, forecasting, and deviation management. Ensure compliance with lease agreements, construction contracts, regulatory requirements, and internal policies. Manage contract matters, change order processes, risks, and potential disputes. Monitor technical solutions and critical installations within data centers, server halls, NOC, and SOC. Lead final inspections, commissioning, and handover to operations organization. Success Measures: Project is delivered on schedule, within budget, and meeting quality requirements. Workplace strategy and business requirements are fully integrated into delivered premises. Technical environments are delivered and commissioned according to specification. Relocation and establishment are completed without impact on business continuity. Steering committee and management receive relevant decision-making documentation and ongoing progress reporting. Regulatory compliance and contract requirements are met without material deviations. Documentation, final report, and knowledge transfer are completed as planned. Qualifications: We are looking for someone with: Documented experience leading complex workplace or real estate projects with full responsibility for delivery, finances, and results. Experience reporting to steering committees, management, or other senior decision-making forums. Experience with workplace strategy, premises design, and modern office concepts. Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and create structure in complex project environments. Experience with large-scale relocation and establishment projects. Strong knowledge of commercial lease agreements, construction law (AB 04/ABT 06), and change order management. Experience with budget responsibility, forecasting, and financial tracking. Solid understanding of regulatory requirements, GDPR, information security, and compliance. Documented experience with technical environments such as data centers, server halls, NOC, or SOC. Knowledge of critical infrastructure, security systems, IT/AV environments, and operational reliability requirements. Desirable Qualifications: Experience with large-scale transformation or relocation projects exceeding 10,000 sqm. Knowledge of data center standards such as Uptime Institute Tier, ISO/IEC 27001, or EN 50600. Certification in project management, such as PMP or PRINCE2. Experience with BREEAM, Miljöbyggnad, or WELL Building Standard. Experience with the public sector, public procurement, or security-classified operations. Experience with change management and implementation of new workplace concepts. Personal Qualities: You are a confident and trustworthy leader with strong strategic capability and sound business acumen. You work in a structured manner, communicate clearly, and have the ability to build engagement and consensus among stakeholders with different perspectives.
