About the role The HR Department is undergoing an important transformation where we strengthen our ability to meet a business in constant development and invest in the future of HR. We are implementing an organizational change where we divide the HR Department into two units: one unit for business-focused HR support and one unit for workforce planning. The goal is to create a cohesive strategic HR delivery with a broader mandate. The Business-Focused HR unit focuses on strengthening and developing business-focused support to managers in their employer responsibilities. The unit brings together competencies that collectively help managers receive the right support in their employer responsibilities, for example in labor law, work environment, collaboration, and other employer policy matters. HR supports managers throughout workforce planning – from attracting, recruiting, and staffing to developing and retaining employees through good work environment, leadership, and skills development. HR implements government employer policy within areas such as labor law, agreements, and wage formation, and functions as a business-focused, tactical support to realize the agency's goals and direction. Work location is Sundbyberg. Your responsibilities Provide qualified advice and business-focused support to managers in complex employer and HR matters. Contribute to direction, priorities, development, and goal achievement based on the agency's objectives and strategies. Drive and support HR processes, business planning, and management by objectives with focus on business results. Develop sustainable and efficient working methods, guidelines, and HR processes in line with government core values. Drive development and coordinate efforts together with HR partners and HR's areas of expertise. Contribute to developing the HR and employer area by leveraging opportunities with AI and digitalization. About you As an employee at Kronofogden, you are expected to live up to our employee policy. Your qualifications: academic education of at least 180 credits (120 points under the previous system), preferably in HR, or other education that the employer considers equivalent current solid experience in qualified, business-focused HR work, for example as an HR partner in a larger or complex organization current solid expertise in labor law and collective agreements, plus experience with complex personnel matters and qualified work in work environment, collaboration, wages, and other employer matters current experience in qualified HR work at a government agency and good knowledge of government employer policy experience in independently providing qualified advice and representing the employer in employer matters experience in driving change and development work and implementing HR processes and employer policy guidelines based on business needs. It is desirable that you have experience independently managing labor law processes. It is also desirable that you have experience as a presenter in a personnel responsibility committee. Good to know The employment is permanent and begins with a six-month probationary period. You will be employed as an HR Partner. Travel may occur in the work.
