About the Position Are you an experienced HR Business Partner who thrives in an operationally-focused role where you can combine strategic work with hands-on support? We are now seeking a Senior HR Business Partner for a consulting assignment with our client in the automotive industry, based in Gothenburg. As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will function as an advisor to leaders and managers in the organization. You will support the business in managing organizational and people-related matters, contribute HR expertise, and drive the People & Culture agenda in close collaboration with the business. The role involves working with specialists, People Services, and other HR functions to ensure professional and cohesive support. As a Senior HR Business Partner, your main responsibilities will include: - Coach and support managers on HR-related issues and contribute to the development of high-performing teams. - Drive and support work within labor law, work environment, health, safety, wellness, and employee relations. - Provide support on compensation and benefits matters and contribute to positive employee engagement. - Work proactively with organizational changes and business development. - Collaborate with HR specialists, People Services, and other HR functions to ensure proper support to the business. - Contribute to the development of the HR function through participation in cross-functional initiatives and projects. This Senior HR Business Partner role is a full-time consulting position starting August 31, 2026, and initially running until March 5, 2027. About You We are looking for someone with several years of experience in qualified HR work, preferably as an HR Business Partner in a larger or complex organization. You have solid knowledge of labor law, change management, employee relations, and manager support. You are experienced in working both strategically and operationally, and you have experience building strong relationships with leaders at various levels in the organization. As a person, you are confident in your HR expertise, business-oriented, and solution-focused. You have a high degree of integrity and are skilled at building trust in your collaborations. Furthermore, you are communicative, structured, and capable of driving matters independently while contributing to strong teamwork. Key Requirements: - Minimum 5 years of experience in qualified HR work or as an HR Business Partner. - Strong knowledge of labor law and employee relations. - Experience coaching and supporting managers on operational HR matters. - Advantageous: relevant academic education in HR, personnel management, or equivalent.
