Start: August 31, 2026 End: March 5, 2027 Scope: Full-time Job Description As a Senior HR Business Partner, you are a strategic partner to the organization's managers and leaders. You work proactively to support the organization in both business and HR-related matters. The role involves building strong relationships with leaders to create successful teams, drive organizational development, and ensure a positive employee experience. You will, among other things: Coach and support managers on HR-related matters Drive and implement HR strategies in line with business objectives Work with organizational development, change management, and workforce planning Handle matters within labor law and Employee Relations Support leaders in health, work environment, and well-being Provide advice on performance, talent management, and employee engagement Collaborate closely with HR specialists, HR Services, and other HR functions to ensure appropriate support and expertise Who We're Looking For We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner with strong business acumen and a genuine interest in leadership and organizational development. To succeed in this role, we see that you have: Academic education in HR, personnel science, or equivalent At least five years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar senior HR role Solid experience in manager support and qualified HR consulting Good knowledge of labor law, work environment, and Employee Relations Experience in change management and organizational development Ability to work independently and drive matters forward Strong communication skills and good collaboration abilities Fluent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written What We Offer As a consultant at Jefferson Wells, you have the opportunity to develop through exciting assignments with some of the market's most attractive employers.
